How to Print Avery Labels in Microsoft Word on PC or Mac.
Hi, I have been a Word holdout for quite a while now and my son made me upgrade to Word Now, I am trying to print microsoft word 2013 avery labels free and have not been able to find a blank template for them. Back in WordI could create labels and those dotted boxes would appear and I would be able to type the addressees.
I don’t microsoft word 2013 avery labels free that. I just want blank labels, 30 per page. I would think that this is something simple but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
In Wordclick the Mailings tab on the ribbon, and click the Labels button near the left end. Then scroll the Product Number list. Note: this list is in “alpha” order even though the entries are numbers. That means the four-digit numbers that start with 5 come after the five-digit numbers that start with 4. Click on the line in the list, and click OK. You’ll now see the label in the preview on the right side of the Labels dialog.
Click the New Document button. That will create a Word document containing a table, whose cells match the labels on microsoft word 2013 avery labels free paper. It would probably be a good idea to save the document with the blank table as a template, so you don’t have to go through that process again.
